I blew up my Honda accord Type R ...

Well... I think I may have finally done it. In this video, I blew up my Honda Accord Type R. What started as another drive in the Accord quickly turned into a major engine problem. After investigating what had happened, we eventually discovered that the failure was caused by a piston ring failing in cylinder 4, leading to serious engine problems and leaving us with one very broken Honda Accord Type R. The Honda Accord Type R is already becoming harder to find in good condition, so seeing this happen to the engine is definitely not ideal. In this video, we go through what happened, the symptoms we noticed, the investigation into the failure and how we discovered that cylinder 4 was the source of the problem. This is one of those moments every project-car owner hopes they never have to deal with. After putting so much work into getting this Accord Type R back into good condition, we're now faced with a much bigger job and the question of what comes next for the car. Is the engine repairable?
