first cutaway!! skydiving malfunction

My first skydiving cutaway over skydive Arizona in Eloy. Main canopy crossfire 2 139, wing load was 1.9- reserve canopy PD opt 143 with RSL. Severe lines twist to the base of my neck, I was checking my altitude during the spin but could not see the full malfunction . I couldn't have asked for a better first cutaway!
