Show Notes:
Greg Weimer has worked in financial services since 1986. Before founding Confluence Financial Partners, he spent nearly two decades at American Funds, progressing from wholesaler to Division Manager and Regional Sales Manager while also serving on the company’s board of directors.
Today, Greg leads Confluence Financial Partners, where the firm brings together specialists across wealth planning, investments, retirement plan services, insurance, and other areas to serve its clients. Confluence was recently named #1 in Pennsylvania on Citywire’s 50 Growers Across America list.
Greg’s experience raises questions relevant well beyond wealth management. How do you earn trust when clients are seeking expertise? How do you build relationships that endure over time? And as the firm grows, how do you build the people, infrastructure, and reputation required to scale while maintaining the qualities that contributed to its success? Those are the questions we’ll explore in this episode.
