Rogue Harbor Downhill MTB, Hudson Valley NY with a prime swimming hole

The first descent is to the north, which is much less overgrown but only 300'. The southern descent is 600' and would have been faster with a modest amount of pedaling. Locals suggested we skip it due to it being overgrown, but it wasn't bad, definitely still worth it. We also did another parallel trail in the area which was pretty good as well. These trails are similar to Elm ridge in general. The swimming hole was great, though a bit on the shallow side. Shoes would be good if you plan on the higher jumps.
