20k Hike in the Valley of the River Bestança | Portugal - Cabritos do Monte

2021 didn't start as we expected. Yet again limitations, no possibility to do anything, we had to stay home. But after the first three months we slowly woke up from this bad dream. It was time to get out there and explore the Portuguese wilderness! This small but persistent group, the hilly goats (Cabritos do Monte) I can always count on. This time we went for a 20k hike not too far from Porto, Portugal into the Valley of the Bestança River, which one of Europe's cleanest rivers. Remote and peaceful place, we enjoyed it a lot!
