$1,100 Epiphone vs. $350 ChillCat: Can You Actually Hear the Difference?

Today on Proof Over Price, we are putting the logo and the price tag off to the side and letting your ears make the decision. One guitar is an approximately $1,100 Epiphone Les Paul Custom. The other is a roughly $350 ChillCat Vintage Les Paul-style guitar. One is Guitar A. One is Guitar B. Both guitars were recorded through the same BOSS KATANA Gen 3 2x12 using the same three amp settings. Same bridge pickup position. Same volume and tone settings. No adjustments made between guitars.
