Threads Just Changed The Algorithm. Small Accounts Should Do This Now

i started on threads with 17 followers. this is exactly how i'd get my first followers if i started again from zero in 2026 - run live on an account nobody sees (@saintscoaching: 113 followers, last post march 2026). the head of threads just changed the feed to show more posts from people you already follow. so if nobody follows you, you have to go and get them. the method: search "first thread" every day. find people just starting out, a similar size to you. comment on their 2 or 3 newest posts, follow after the second, and end the third with "just followed you!" the twist: claude stages each comment in the reply box, i edit it and press post myself. it learns my voice from the difference between its draft and what i actually post. the next morning i read the account logged out. the honest number is in the video. start here (free): https://www.threadify.app/yt?utm_sour... run it on your account: open your agent app (claude desktop, chatgpt, claude code), paste https://github.com/lennoxsaint/thread... and type: install this, run get set up and then first followers. filmed 15 oct 2026 in the claude desktop app. lennox is the founder of threadify. chapters 0:00 i started on threads with 17 followers 0:17 nobody follows you, so nobody sees you 0:46 a dead account: 113 followers 1:02 run it in your agent app 1:33 how i got my first 100 1:43 search "first thread" every day 1:56 what didn't work 2:16 the rhythm: comment, comment, follow, comment 2:43 welcome to the party 3:20 claude finds 10 people 3:46 it stages, i edit, i post 3:56 the twist: it learns your voice 4:41 "just followed you!" 5:23 your brain 5:38 3 posts a day 6:32 get the free workflow Music: 1000 Handz - Countdown, Chapterz, Neon, Lever, Make It Happen, Open Window, Community, Blue Sky, Tea Tree, Busted Tape (CC BY 4.0, freemusicarchive.org)
