Finding My Research Path | Andrei's Summer at SMART

What happens when a researcher returns to the wet lab after years away? 🔬 Andrei, a biomedical engineering master’s student from Russia with a background in biophysics, joined the SMART International Summer School in Shenzhen to explore new research methods and reconnect with experimental biology. From protein research and patch clamp to new ways of thinking across disciplines, the experience helped him rediscover his research interests—and think more clearly about where he wants to go next.
