Lost in the Stacks - A Dice Fluffers Call of Cthulhu One Shot - #spookyseason2026

My lord, I despise librarians. Paper sniffing degenerates the lot of them. As if they weren't snooty enough laughing at you just because you thought "would you like a look at the fantasy section?" was some suggestive lewd comment on the state of my trousers. I ran out immediately, their loud, disdainful jeers echoing about the (understandably underfunded and pathetically empty) building. (And anyway, aren't they supposed to be quiet!? Those jeers were extremely ̶h̶u̶r̶t̶f̶u̶l̶ loud. Yet another lie they'd have you believe.) I almost had the right mind to turn back as I ran and request that they "kiss my horror section" or state they are "on borrowed time" but the truth was I hadn't thought about these until much, much later. So I returned a week later and said it. But instead they just directed me to a shelf of Stephen King novels. Did you know the movie 'The Shining' was actually based on a novel? There's a fact for you, and you wont find that in any book. - Ed #cthulhu #callofcthullu #TTRPG #SciFi #Horror #spookyseason2026 GM: Kubby Players: Grant, Reece, Gordon Leave a comment and don't forget to like and subscribe please to help us with getting growing.
