Richard Childress Racing Museum: Revealing Secrets with Dale Earnhardt's Crewman Jerry Hailey

Jerry Hailey takes us past the railings, under the hoods, and inside the locked storage vaults at the Richard Childress Racing Museum. As a former RCR engine man and over-the-wall crewmember for Dale Earnhardt, Jerry reveals off-limits secrets and restricted NASCAR history the general public never gets to see, until today. We get to open the hood on Dale Earnhardt's 1998 Daytona 500 winning car and learn about what went into that engine from one of the Flying Aces who helped build it. We also get to go inside the locked lounge area of Dale's 2001 Daytona 500 hauler. This area of the hauler is restricted access for general tours and has never been shown on the internet before. Before it was a museum the building was actually the RCR race shop, above the shop floor is an old wood paneled attic FULL of old crew uniforms, fire suits, trophies, chassis records, and more.
