Why do we believe what we believe? Is faith purely inherited, or is it a conscious choice made after seeking the truth? As a curious 14-year-old, I set out to explore how humanity understands the Divine. My search led me to study Hindu philosophy (the Upanishads and Vedas), the Judeo-Christian tradition (the Old and New Testaments), the life and teachings of the Buddha, and the Quran and Hadith literature. Later, while living in Manchester, UK, I experienced Christianity firsthand—visiting local churches, engaging with diverse religious communities, and temporarily practicing Christian teachings to understand faith from the inside out. After years of searching, studying comparative religion, and traveling across continents, I ultimately returned to the fold of Islam.
