Making a quick and easy "Stealth" Quarter wave dipole VHF Dipole Antenna.

I need a small "stealth" VHF antenna for monitoring air band frequency. This build offers a quick build solution but it is also very good for commercial FM band listening. It can easily be installed in an attic or even in a discreet indoor spot and still deliver good results. It is a "Quarter wave Dipole", which is totally incorrect as a name but still works really well and takes up very little space.
