A team developed a weather control program, but the first test ends in a total disaster: within hours a deadly hurricane forms and destroys the entire US West Coast. 7 years later, Captain Ron Young is going to a test again. With the help of an aircraft, a hurricane is said to be directed over the deserts of Mexico, but a fight on board changes the program. The hurricane is now raging towards Los Angeles. Captain Young has only one alternative: he must venture directly into the centre of the storm aboard a C 123 plane.
