Two sentences live inside almost every man who takes the inner life seriously. I am powerful. I am empty. They have never met, and one of them has been living your life.
Jung named the archetypes honestly, and every name he gave them is worth having. But he charted the wreckage of a forgetting whose far side he never reached. This teaching goes past where his method stopped: the archetypes are not patterns in your mind. They are real presences, the same gods every culture met and dressed in local clothes. And they do not possess a man because they are stronger than him.
You will hear why Alexander the Great was destroyed by the first sentence, why sincere meditators are caught by the second, and the one thing about the two that almost no one hears. Say both sentences silently before the end, and notice where they land.
This is one chapter of thirteen from Dragon Enlightenment: A Sovereign's Guide To Awakening. What is in the book and not in this video is the rest of the forest: every presence by name, the two that stand beyond Mana and the Buddha, the thirteenth, and the rite this video deliberately withholds.
