Western Home By LD Sheldon

Western Home – LD Sheldon “Look at you now… once the baby, now the mama.” 🤠🌄 This song is for my daughter, who’s now a mama herself. She came into this world with the cord around her neck, a beginning full of worry that we’ll never quite forget. But there was so much life ahead of her. One day I was holding her little hands, and somehow, in the blink of an eye, that little girl packed up her dreams, headed west, and built a life and a home under that big western sky. In January 2026, her baby girl arrived and made a mama out of her. 💕 There’s a whole lot of miles between my arms and their place, and I haven’t held my granddaughter yet. But I already love her more than words can say, and I dream about the day I finally get to meet her. Until then, I’m sending all my love across the miles. 💛 To my daughter: you’re still that little girl to me. Look at you now. If you’re a long-distance grandparent waiting for that first hug, this one’s for you too. Tell me in the comments where your grandbabies are. 🏡 🎵 More songs: “From Stories to Songs by LD Sheldon” playlist:    • All Over Again By LD Sheldon   📚 Books by LD Sheldon: https://www.amazon.com/author/ldsheldon 📱 TikTok: @ld_sheldon Lyrics written by LD Sheldon.
