A quick video showing step by step instructions for setting up a KPP Flexo head Clamp the head down Set the head in the middle of the platen Bring the green stereo roller down to the plate (no extra pressure) Bring the Doctor Blade down to the plate (no extra pressure) Release the head clamps Add 20 divisions of pressure to the green stereo roller micrometres Add 40 divisions of pressure to the Doctor Blade micrometres Clamp the impression roller down Bring the impression roller down to the stereo roller (no extra pressure) Release the impression roller Add 20 divisions of pressure to the impression roller micrometres
