Panasonic 200mm f2.8 vs Olympus 300mm F4

Comparison between these two great lenses and especially looking at the 1.4x teleconverter which comes with the Panasonic making it a 280mm F4 and a direct competitor to the Olympus. I previously owned the Olympus and now own the Panasonic. The big question is, which one is best?
