Hello, it's Lisa here today. This is the video I wish I had when I first started putting together my own darkroom. I took film photography in college and fell in love with it. The facilities provided me with everything I needed except the film and paper. After I graduated and no longer had access to the darkroom, I missed it desperately. When I came across the enlarger at the art thrift store, Recreative, I impulsively bought it because it was too good of a deal to pass up. I felt clueless about what to do next, I just knew this was going to finally force me to take the first step. After a lot of research, I settled on the equipment and layout you see in the video. In the end, I found that it wasn't nearly as expensive or as difficult as my mind had built it up to be. Below, I have provided links for the items discussed in the video as well as the places I bought the items from, and a couple of other recommended places to visit for used photographic equipment. Please leave me a comment if you have any questions.
