My Collections 2024

Another great year for collections. Unlike last year, this year I only included the lines that I liked the best/spares that came to my route, not really a lot of regular collections with regular trucks, which can get boring and repetitive in my opinion. This was probably the last collections with the 2250's series and any Allied Waste Currotto can, since as of 12/31, there is only one residential 2250's truck left (2259) and only one AW Curotto (2274). Seeing as it's rare to have an Autocar doing trash, I had 4 of them (two on video), and for older trucks I had 6 of them (5 now scrapped). As well as I had a variety of Peterbilt Heil's on trash since 2282 is down often. For route changes, my recycle route changed twice, it's now 2365. My yard waste driver got a new Peterbilt Heil (2293) since his old ACX (2252) was scrapped. In Bonita, trash changed drivers three times, recycle once, and my yard waste driver got a new Peterbilt (2289) since they offered, later in the year 2254 was scrapped. Very sad to see that childhood trucks have been purged but it would have happened sooner or later seeing that the 2250's trucks were already 13 and the 2260's are twelve. The 60's and 70's will really hurt for me because those are some of my favorite trucks (2262, 2265, 2270, 2274 etc) which could be scrapped in 2025. Additionally, as the year progressed I got more and more ZR's on my routes. As always thanks to the drivers for dealing with the amount of carts often. Thanks to my viewers for 600+ subs this year!
