Part 1 Manasota Key, FL. This is the first of a 3 part series

Getting into this parking lot on a weekend is impossible. While house-sitting, I had a chance to get in here on a weekday. This was at Manasota Key, the southernmost part. This was an entire part of the island where you could walk all the way to Stump Pass, which you can now do again thanks to Mother Nature. Hurricane Milton carved a path right through this area, and so the pass was aptly named Milton Pass. I continue south through the area to Stump Pass, with Palm Island across the way, then circle back for a better view of the pass and Manasota Key looking north.
