Thank God First This Morning ☀️ Powerful Morning Prayer to Start Your Day With God | Psalm 100

"Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name." — Psalm 100:4 ☀️ There is one small word in the first line of Psalm 100 that almost nobody notices. Before the psalm mentions a single blessing, it tells you what to do with your voice. The voice goes first, and the heart follows. In this morning prayer we walk through Psalm 100 verse by verse, like the pilgrims climbing the hill to the temple: the joyful noise, the sheep of His pasture, thanksgiving at the gate, and three promises for the morning you are in, the people you love, and the ones who come after you. Four prayers of gratitude, a moment of silence, and the blessing of Numbers 6. The gate is open. It has been open the whole time. 📖 Scriptures (KJV): Psalm 100:1-5 • Numbers 6:24-26 ⏱️ Chapters 0:00 The Word Almost Nobody Notices 0:37 The First Thing You Do 2:25 The Road Up the Hill 4:06 First Prayer — The Voice Goes First 5:03 Pray With Us 5:39 Know Ye That 6:55 The Sheep of His Pasture 7:57 Second Prayer — You Are Watching the Ridge 8:57 Thanksgiving at the Gate 11:55 Third Prayer — One Small Gift 13:12 Three Promises 15:11 A Song for the Thank Offering 16:00 The Birds Don't Wait 17:36 Final Prayer — I Give You This Day 18:43 Three Seconds of Silence 19:38 The Gate Is Open 21:05 Final Blessing (Numbers 6:24-26) 💬 What is the one thing you are thankful for this morning?
