Golden 009 On Deck | Throwback SA Deep House · Scenic Joburg | Molo Mixes 02

Golden 009 On Deck — deep house recorded in Goli on 10 January 2009. One take, unedited. First set of 2009, first week back after the December break. Deep, patient and built for a room that had been dancing since Christmas — it takes its time before it moves, then it doesn't stop. 🌍 ON SCREEN A slow drive through South Africa and beyond while the tape plays — Johannesburg, Nelson Mandela Bridge, Cape Winelands, Soweto Sunset, Hartbeespoort, Mapungubwe, Pretoria at dusk, Church Square, the Great Karoo — then Dubai, Lagos, Chicago, Maldives, Tokyo, Santorini and more. Landscape footage is AI-generated. 📼 ABOUT MOLO MIXES Ten DJ mixes from a personal archive of house music recorded across South Africa's provinces since 2008 — most of them in Pretoria. Deep house, commercial house and the odd afrobeat detour, cut live on the decks. Each tape has been transferred from the original recording and remastered to 24-bit FLAC: de-clipped and level-matched, nothing re-edited. The mixes play exactly as they were cut, blends and all. 🎧 Mixed by Moltan 🔊 Remastered 2026 from the original recording 📀 The full archive, in order:    • Molo Mixes — The Archive (Tapes 01–10)   🎶 NAME THAT TRACK No tracklist here — that's the game.
