CAN ATV PLASTICS BE RESTORED LIKE NEW? I WAS SHOCKED

I wet sanded and buffed an old scratched up set of Honda 400EX plastics and made them look like new again. It took some time and some elbow grease, but it was so worth it. The only thing I can say is to make sure you keep your sand paper clean and change it fairly often to avoid leaving any sanding scratches behind. I did this process to the rear plastics only. I had purchased new OEM Front plastics because the old set one the ATV were damaged by the previous owner. So there is a good comparison from the new fronts to the restored rears.
