Cauldron Films Haul: CONQUEST 4K, Lucio Fulci & Italo Madness!

-you-can-eat buffet and more of a four-course meal of Italo madness. We’re digging into four movies this time: Shanghai Joe, Contraband, American Rickshaw, and Lucio Fulci’s absolutely bonkers sword-and-sorcery fantasy, Conquest… now looking better than ever on 4K. Kung fu spaghetti westerns, cigarette smugglers, supernatural rickshaw insanity, werewolf warriors, witches, gore, synth scores, and plenty of beautiful physical media… Cauldron has us covered. Some of these were blind buys, some were pleasant surprises… and one happens to be one of my favorite fantasy movies of the ’80s. So if you enjoy cult film culture, Italian genre cinema, Eurocrime, martial arts, forgotten oddities, boutique labels, and the general vibe of an oddball archivist slowly ruining their life with physical media… pull up a chair. Dinner is served. You’re among Friends here. CHAPTERS 00:00 Intro 01:11 Shanghai Joe 02:57 Contraband 03:50 Cauldron Films 04:11 American Tiger 06:48 Conquest 4k
