I visited the remains of the Scotia Pier, once a bustling hub of activity during the island’s mining days. One of the highlights was seeing the last remaining piece of heavy equipment from the mines — a Bucyrus-Erie 1952! 🏗️ It’s amazing to witness a part of history still standing strong. As I drove around the island, I also encountered loads of wildlife — from curious birds to other local animals that call Bell Island home. 🦊
