Spent most of it within 4 days. Oops. Recording myself every time I swipe my card.

In this video I'm sharing how I spend my $500 grocery and gas budget for my family of 4. I get paid every two weeks as a public school art teacher, and I practice a zero based budgeting system. Every pay period I move $500 (as if it were a fixed bill) into my "groceries and gas" checking account. This is what I use for the two week pay period for family groceries, gas money, and my work week meal prep as an art teacher. I shop my kitchen and pantry first, and always have a loose plan for weekly family dinners.
