From Ordinary Pickup to Custom Masterpiece! | VW Transporter Mk5

I turned an amazing custom Volkswagen Transporter project into a fully detailed 1/12 scale model! After seeing this incredible custom Transporter build on social media, I knew I had to recreate it as accurately as possible. Starting from a raw 3D printed body, the entire model was transformed from the ground up. The first challenge was removing all of the visible print layers and imperfections. After hours of sanding, filling and surface preparation, I rebuilt many of the poorly printed details by hand. The interior received completely new door panels, carpet, A-pillar trims and other custom details to match the real vehicle. The body was finished in a deep Piano Black paint, while the interior features the signature red theme inspired by the original build. I also designed brand-new headlights from scratch, built the custom rear flatbed, and engineered the wheels to remain fully functional using miniature bearings and hardware. This project took countless hours of design, fabrication, painting and detailing, but the final result was absolutely worth it!
