Is the Realignment of the Lido E Coffee Grinder Worth a Shot?

Is disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, and burr alignment WORTH A SHOT? I’ve had the Lido grinder for about two years and decided it was worth trying to realign the burrs and doing a thorough cleaning. I originally used the video I found on YouTube of what I believe to be the owner of the company doing this with the Lido 2. It was not until later that I realized he also had a video for the Lido E. I was going to show you all my pitfalls, but realize this could be awfully confusing for some people to watch me fumble around so I reshot the second half of the video once I realized a major mistake I had made.
