Downtown Rebuild | Monorail Monorail MONORAIL!

This update will focus more on the monorail and tram systems. A little bit of shuffling has occurred, but not much. Some details have even been added. I'd love to add an Airport Shuttle station in the middle of the area, but I am afraid it might end up being an eye sore. Next area I will focus on will be the area next to the airport. Lots still to do.
