I can turn it into confidence, art, motivation, laughter, self-love, a better outfit, a better song, a better boundary, or simply another reason to keep becoming more of myself. There is a very thin line between love and hate sometimes, because both require attention. That is part of the manifestation behind this song. I am not asking the world to unanimously approve of me. I am choosing to become so secure in my own value that praise can feel good without defining me, and criticism can sting without owning me.
