CHAPTER- CIRCLE
LESSON-1
Hello everyone!
This video is specially made for students in Nepal who are preparing for the SEE (Secondary Education Examination). I know this is a very important phase of your academic journey, and many students often find subjects like Mathematics, Science, and English quite challenging — especially topics like Geometry (Circle) or Algebra.
As a former teacher in Nepal, I understand how hard it can be sometimes. That’s why I’ve decided to make videos that explain these topics in a simple, clear, and practical way — just like we would do in class!
Welcome to the First Lesson on Circles!
Welcome to this video on circles—a fundamental yet sometimes challenging topic in Geometry. I’m excited to start this series with you, and in this first part, we’ll introduce the basics of circles.
What is a Circle?
A circle is defined as path traced out by moving points from from a fixed point by taking a fixed distance. This fixed point is called the centre, and the fixed distance is known as the radius. A simple way to visualize this is to imagine placing a pin at the centre of a paper and tying a string to a pencil. If you keep the string taut and move the pencil around the pin, the pencil will trace out a perfect circle.
What to Expect
This is just the beginning. If you enjoy this video, I plan to create more parts where I’ll:
• Go over the different parts of a circle.
• Explain various theorems related to circles.
• Walk you through example problems to solidify your understanding.
Thank you for watching, and if you like this introduction, please let me know in the comments so I can continue with more detailed lessons. Your feedback is greatly appreciated!
👉 Whether you’re struggling with a concept or just need a quick revision before the exam, this content is for all SEE students who want to improve and succeed.
Keep studying, stay focused, and remember — consistent practice is the key to success. #nepali
