I Got TIRED of Trying to Fix Myself | Lapland

FJORDCAST is a spoken series exploring the inner mechanics of human behaviour from the North. ⚫In this episode..... How do we stay mentally healthy? And could some of the things we do in the name of mental health actually be keeping us inside our own heads? In this Little Talk from the North of Norway, I explore a slightly strange theory about mental health, overthinking, self-awareness and modern life and why I think one part of the conversation is often.... missing. A different contribution to the mental-health conversation on YouTube, from somewhere slightly outside the usual healing and wellness.... terrain. 🖤 With care, Freyia 🪻🪻🪻🪻🪻🪻🪻🪻🪻🪻🪻 Ways to support this work / connect with me: Become a patron of this channel at   / freyiatv   Merch store http://www.alvebakken.no -Donate via paypal to info@alvebakken.no or visit our Etsy shoppe at https://www.etsy.com/no-en/shop/Alveb... Gratitude Freyia ⚠️If you’ve ever listened to Fjordcast Little Talk and thought, “I wish I could ask her about what I’m going through…” ...now you can. I’m opening up a limited number of email counseling sessions: you share one challenge (anxiety, grief, a stuck feeling, a life question), and I reply with thoughtful, grounded guidance.... like a private episode of Fjordcast, written just for you. These are not therapy. They’re spacious, soulful responses rooted in sociology, spiritual insight, and the quiet Arctic wisdom you know from my work. Let’s begin....one email, one step, one truth at a time. 🤍 https://www.alvebakken.no/products/a-... ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ #MentalHealth #Overthinking #Psychology #SelfImprovement #Wellbeing SyncID: MB01RD3URNI9XOB MB01JZHJPZWJR5Z MB01MWTBGSTX7RZ
