I went home to Utah and sadly never got to see my kids. What I went through is a Silver Bullet Divorce. At mediation on 19 November 2024, I got 50/50 custody. My ex, Robyn Saunders Storms, wanted 100% custody. She planted seeds of parental alienation, parentification, and coercive control in Harley Rose Storms. So Harley alleged: prior to 2 December, I touched her vagina, exposed myself and told her not to tell her mom. The wild part: Harley had already test-run the story. She told her friend Claire Wilde of Layton Utah that I'd touched her — and our two sons. At trial the judge was pissed and struck much of what Claire said. Harley kept changing her story to fit the audience. The truth stays the same, the lies change. I was arrested on 13 December 2024 and held without bail. Robyn lied at my bail hearing — she loved acting in high school, and the tears flowed. She told John Lyon of Layton Utah she didn’t know I was gonna be arrested — she was just hoping for 100% custody. Her lawyer told mine I needed a job in jail to pay Robyn $4,000 a month. What an idiot Divorce Attorney Sarah Giacovelli is — a liar as well. At trial, the stories never matched. Eight jurors heard a different story from Harley, DCFS, Claire, and Robyn. Asked her favorite class — at trial and by DCFS — Harley answered: Mock Trial. Before May 2024 she wanted to be a veterinarian; after, a lawyer. I am convinced: Harley learned how to perform. She wanted to be a professional liar — or a lawyer. Prosecutor Tamara S. Basquez of the Davis County Attorney's Office spent over an hour arguing to throw out her first witness's testimony — Harley — for perjury. Harley sat 10 feet behind her, listening to Tamara call her a liar. That was wild. In her opening, she forgot to tell the jury why we were there — it was a divorce case. She handed Harley an anatomical drawing of female genitals and a pink highlighter to circle where I had touched her. Harley circled the right hip. She was almost 15. A girl that age knows her own body. She wasn't confused — she was lying to help her mom. Robyn testified after Claire with a new story: Harley overheard a call from a friend, "Chris," that jogged her memory. But Chris testified that day: his conversation with Robyn happened on December 6th — which meant Harley supposedly heard a magical conversation a week before it happened. The DCFS caseworker testified — all over the place, clueless. Jill Bell, the onsite forensic interview specialist for the Davis County Children's Justice Center (CJC) in Kaysville, was duped by Harley, like the rest of them. And Detective Matthew J. Lewis of the Layton Utah Police was caught lying in court. Under oath, Robyn admitted being charged with revenge porn; she pleaded guilty and got a plea in abeyance. If she were a man, she'd have gotten jail time. I never testified — my lawyers said it was my case to lose, not to win. The jury was out three hours. When they came back — NOT GUILTY — Harley started screaming and cussing; she was removed, and the judge locked the doors. The jurors told my lawyers it was a play for money, and that I should never have been charged. I walked out of jail on 23 January 2026, after 407 days inside.
