Elite Dangerous Beginner Tips I Wish I Knew Earlier

If you’re new to Elite Dangerous, there are a lot of small things the game doesn’t always explain particularly well. I’ve recently gotten into Elite Dangerous myself, and as I’ve been learning the game I’ve picked up a number of things that made flying, navigating, managing my ship, and understanding outfitting much easier. In this video, I’m sharing some useful beginner tips I wish I understood earlier, from avoiding the infamous Loop of Shame and manually landing your ship, to managing PIPs, understanding Supercruise vs Hyperspace jumps, and making sense of module Class and Rating.
