Teengenerate" Get me Back " & " 1979" Barristers, Memphis TN 1997

Where to begin ? I was there…I can't recall if I filmed this or Derek Von Blerrick. It was a night of ascent. Teengenerate were a blast of noise and heat. That's local Memphian, Jackballer Double D Dave "Bumpy" Dunlap endearing us with his emcee work. I think most of the crowd was dully expecting a spectacle rock act. Another garage punk band posing and maybe some costumes. But what Fifi, Fink, Sammy & Shoe blew our hair back with - -was rock and roll in it's fastest and purest. We were fortunate to have had the pleasure to witness what I think was one of the better rock shows of the late 90's. I think we were all on goofballs. Thanks be to Eric F for likely booking and arranging. And of course Chris from Barristers. It was an amazing time to be in the bluff city. You know where they played in Nashville ? No-wheres man….
