Pingu, but replaced with Neighbours from Hell SFX

The Half-Life SFX meme videos are very hilarious! Now, I planned to use a different game's sound effects to see if it will work as well to be funny. Not to mention, Neighbours from Hell is a great game made by JoWooD, which still holds up pretty well. I know the source perhaps not the most original, but I found this scene of Pingu to be the most efficient so far. Feel free to comment your opinion!
