Char-Griller Akorn jr. - Temperature Control Vent Settings

Edit: Sorry guys, I keep saying Celsius, but it's actually 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Upon request, I've added this video in an effort to show Akorn jr. owners how to maintain a low temperature for a slow smoke, roast, or indirect cook. Hope this helps anyone having difficulties.
