VerifAI: Bid Compliance Verification and Tamper Proof Audit for GeM Smart India Hackathon 2026 | Problem Statement: SIH26100 | Team ID: 121050 VerifAI is a platform that helps check bid compliance and audit for Government e‑Marketplace or GeM. VerifAI solves the broken process of checking bidder documents legal registrations, eligibility rules and compliance facts before a procurement decision is taken. VerifAI brings together document reading, checks, scoring, AI help, human decision and tamper proof audit all in one workflow. KEY FEATURES: • Document OCR with Tesseract.js to read PAN, GSTIN and Udyam numbers • Check for mismatches across bidder documents • 11‑parameter compliance check covering laws, rules and tender needs • Weighted score and risk level • Local AI analysis with Llama 3.2 via Ollama • AI‑made summaries and advice • Human approval, rejection and review by an officer • Officer must give justification and a full audit trail • SHA‑256 check for data integrity • Hyperledger Fabric blockchain audit •. VerifAI gives help. The officer keeps the final say. VerifAI records all evidence, actions and decisions for traceability and audit. The current prototype shows the VerifAI checks, OCR, cross‑checks, 11‑parameter engine, scoring, local AI, officer decisions, audit trail, PDF reports, REST API and data integrity check. VerifAI connects to government portals using responses for now because real services like GSTN, MCA21 and CVC need special agreements, credentials and a sandbox.
