CSRIC Meeting - 6/18/2014

The Communications Security, Reliability and Interoperability Council is a federal advisory committee that will provide recommendations to the Commission regarding best practices and actions the Commission can take to help ensure security, reliability, and interoperability of commercial and public safety communications systems. At this meeting, each of the working groups provided a progress report. Votes were scheduled on reports for Working Group (WG) 1 on Next Generation 911; WG 2 on Wireless Emergency Alerts; WG 3 on Emergency Alerting; WG 9 on Infrastructure Sharing During Emergencies, and WG 10 on CPE Powering.
