Welcome back to Training Tuesdays!
On the first Tuesday of every month, we dive deep into the mechanics of solo pet play, tracking our progress and leveling up our skills together. Solo training is a powerful act of internal authority, psychological switching, and building deep muscle memory.
In today's video, we are continuing Module 1: Advanced Transition and Sensory Anchoring. Now that we’ve established our secondary 5-minute entry routine, we're stacking on our next exercise: environmental sound isolation. We’ll cover how to sit or perch, and isolate sounds from your environment while tracking and and pointing movement—to instantly trigger non-human sensory perception and shorten the psychological bridge between human mode and pet mode.
Progress Tracking Framework
Don't forget to log these core metrics in your training journal after each session:
•Duration: How long were you able to hold headspace?
•Sound Isolation Clarity: How easily were you able to separate distinct environmental sounds from background noise?
•Tracking & Fluidity: Did your head and hood movements feel instinctual and fluid, or clunky and analytical?
•Impulse & Focus Success: Did you maintain full headspace for the entire 5 minutes without breaking focus or dropping character?
Set your space, start your timer, and let's begin!
