Review of Colorverse Dark Energy fountain pen ink using a Pilot Penmanship EF nib. The color is a brownish burgundy. Sheen showed on papers that show sheen, and over most of the stroke, but you have to turn the page to the light to see it from the EF nib (unlike on the swatch card, where it's obvious). The microscope slide was boring. Sorry for the blurriness at the start of the video-it's fixed after the smear test. Cleaning required some extra flushes due to concentration. Pen flush would probably speed it up. Note that the ink was like glue on the microscope slide and took much longer than usual to loosen while soaking in soapy water, so probably don't let the ink dry in your pen, but if you do, soaking will eventually work. The scale is 330µm, with eleven divisions of 30µm each. With 406 inks measured, the average line width is 299µm.) (Holy narrow line, Batman!
