How to make a Lightning McQueen Car cake, with his new Radiator Springs style, from Disney's Cars. I made this cake for my nephew's second birthday. He is in love with cars and watches it on repeat. We are very excited for the newest addition, Cars 3 coming out soon! The cake was made with vanilla cake, Reeses peanut butter spread and peanut butter Swiss meringue buttercream. After carving, I covered the cake in milk chocolate ganache before applying the fondant.
