Playstation 3 (PS3) Fat Backwards Compatible Laser Replacement Walk-through (KES-400A Laser)

Here we have a customer's system which is freezing in game at which point the customer is forced to turn off their system to get it to restart. When it restarts it doesn't recognize the disc that is being inserted and sometimes comes up with a random error code. We dive into the system and replace the laser. We also do a lengthy bench test to ensure that our repair has addressed the issue before getting back into the customers hands.
