We are heading to Uplistsikhe Cave Town today, which is probably one of the oldest places we’ve ever visited in our travels around the world. The Uplistsikhe Cave Town is an ancient rock town in eastern Georgia about an hour and a half away from Tbilisi. This town was built entirely into the rock formations, making it a strategic place for battles thousands of years ago. There are 3 famous cave towns in Georgia and we found this to be the closest and best day trp from Tbilisi, so we thought, why not road trip in Gerogia and do an uplistsikhe tour and an uplistsikhe travel vlog as we road trip.
