Garw Valley bike ride 4th March 2026

This is a short video of a ride I did up the beautiful Garw Valley in South Wales on 4th March 2026 on my MyRider e-bike. It is a traffic free route on a disused railway track, with a slight uphill gradient going, making the return journey easier, with no need for electrical assistance. I took a slight detour in Pontycymer to have a look at the house where my father was born and my grandparents grave in the local cemetery, both of which were up a very steep hill.
