Ferrari Grand Prix Challenge (NES) World Champion Speedrun WR in 1:06:43!

This game is infuriating. CPU cars will just crash into you whenever they feel like it, which does no damage to them apparently but does damage you! It seems like qualifying is set-up to always make you come from behind, which does make the races more interesting, but also means you have to dodge low-ranked racers constantly. This was technically my first complete speedrun of the game (the previous completion didn't actually finish first in the points), but I did practice the individual courses quite a bit. The difference between this run and the previous WR is that I chose races where I could qualify a lot better and therefore would have a higher chance of winning, so in the end I could do less races.
