Contax TVS - Broken Flex Cable Update

Some deflating news related to the Contax TVS. Update: I'm wrong about the removal of the rewind plate. You NEED to remove all the adhesive from the Main FPC to remove the rewind plate and FPC. Here's the guide I scanned. Included is also a photo of how the cable sits in the camera, what the entire lens unit looks like, and what the cable on its own looks like.
