Tia Cousins | EBM & House DJ Set | SECTION. x Byredo | October 2026

SECTION. presents Tia Cousins from London. This set is part of our final stream series in collaboration with Byredo. Growing up in Colchester, Cousins found music through bands, internet rabbit holes and trips into London that ended with a wait for the first train home. She learnt to mix at university after a friend left their decks behind, but the guitar records never disappeared from her listening. Post-punk, folk and stranger discoveries still feed a taste that reaches well beyond the club. That is where her selections get interesting. House and EBM can sit beside synth-pop, Italo or something much harder to place, with changes of pace treated as part of the pleasure. Cousins likes the uncertainty of putting on a record and working out where it might lead; the room has a say in what comes next. Her monthly Noods Radio show gives that curiosity another home, alongside A&R for Ransom Note Records and Music To Watch Seeds Grow By, the ambient cassette label she co-runs. Even gardening has found its way into her musical life. An ear for the unexpected - Tia Cousins brings her own route through the dancefloor to SECTION. 🔔 Like, Subscribe & Follow SECTION. on socials for more: Instagram:   / section_hq   TikTok:   / section_hq   Web: https://sectionhq.com/ Like what you see?
