Install older dashboards at your own risk, especially if you don't have a NAND backup and a NAND flasher. Don't install dashboard versions that are not compatible with your console. I took a major risk by doing this without any NAND flashers. You must also downgrade your DVD drive's firmware or disconnect the sata cable. If you don't, you will get an RRoD on boot.
