THEN PUT IT ON REPEAT AND JUST LISTEN. Rest your eyes. Cook, walk, commute, lie down. You don't need to watch any more — you already know what every sentence means, so your ears can do the rest. That second stage is the whole reason to keep it around. Understanding comes from the first watch. Getting FAST comes from hearing the same easy English again and again, until the words arrive without you reaching for them. Each replay makes them a little quicker and a little more normal.
